Location: The housing complex is located in the villa area of the village of Rogachevo. It is disposed on an inclining terrain facing southward with a wonderful sea view in vicinity to Albena resort complex and the village of Kranevo. To the west it borders the forest reserve, rich in game and suitable for hunting tourism. There is an A-class way to the village.
